How we work efficiently: from request to delivery

MAROQ is your Dutch partner in Morocco. We combine local presence with a clear approach: get clarity fast, search focused, verify, and only then scale up.

Step-by-step plan

A practical approach that limits time, costs and risks.

1

Intake: clarify your goal and requirements

We start with your request: what exactly you need, for which market, which quantities, which quality, which deadline and what budget (target price). We also define whether you want sourcing, production, private label, or a combination.

  • Product description, photos/drawings, materials, finishing
  • Quantities, MOQ, delivery frequency, seasonal impact
  • Target market (NL/EU), packaging/labeling, certifications
2

Scope & strategy: choose the right route fast

We determine the most efficient approach: one supplier vs. multiple, direct production vs. samples first, and which regions/sector clusters in Morocco match best. This avoids “searching too broadly” and saves time.

Route A: Sourcing Best price/quality via shortlist & comparison.
Route B: Production Tech pack, molds, QC and scalable repeat orders.
Route C: Private label Packaging/label, barcodes, retail-ready delivery.
Sourcing and collaboration via MAROQ
Move faster Clear specs and local presence shorten lead times.
3

Supplier search: focused and controlled

We actively search for suppliers that match your requirements. Not just “who can make it”, but “who can deliver consistently”: capacity, quality, reliability and communication.

  • Shortlist based on production capacity, specialization and references
  • Compare on pricing structure, lead time, flexibility and minimum quantities
  • Check communication (language), documentation and professionalism
4

Screening: validate reliability and quality

We screen the best candidates. Depending on your track, we do a visit (if needed), check the process, and agree on quality criteria. This prevents surprises at delivery.

✔ ProcessHow is it produced and controlled?
✔ QualityStandards, tolerances, finishing, packaging.
✔ ConsistencyCan they deliver repeat orders identically?
5

Samples & test orders: proof first, then scale

We start efficiently with samples or a small test order. You evaluate the product physically and we collect feedback (dimensions, finishing, packaging, labeling). Only after approval do we move to serial production or larger purchasing.

  • Sample request with clear specs and acceptance criteria
  • Feedback round + improvements (1–2 iterations)
  • Test order with QC checks before shipment
Quality control and logistics
Quality before shipment Batch checks, packaging and documents in order before transport to Europe.
6

Negotiation & agreements: price, lead time, Incoterms

We formalize agreements: pricing, lead times, payment terms, warranties, and delivery terms (Incoterms). For private label we also lock in artwork, barcodes, master carton specs and palletization.

Price & MOQ Transparent pricing and scale advantage at higher volumes.
Lead time Planning + buffer + clear milestones.
Delivery Align EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP with your risk preference.
7

Production guidance & quality control

During production we guide the critical moments: start of the batch, mid-process checks and final inspection. This is especially important for custom work, finishing and runs where consistency matters.

  • Start check: material/colors/finish confirmed
  • In-process check: detect deviations early
  • Final check: quantities, packaging, labels, damage prevention
8

Transport & documents: from factory to your door

We arrange or guide transport (road/sea/cold chain) and ensure documentation is correct for export and import. This prevents delays, extra costs and customs stress.

✔ ExportInvoice, packing list, origin, certificates (where needed).
✔ CustomsHS codes, clearance, requirements per product category.
✔ DeliveryTracking, arrival, inspection on receipt.
9

Aftercare: repeat orders and optimization

After the first delivery we improve together: better pricing with volume, alternative materials, faster lead times, and expanding your assortment. This builds a stable supply chain.

Result Reliable supplier(s) in Morocco, with clear agreements and a repeatable process.
