MAROQ is an independent B2B platform and is not a party to agreements between users. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

1. Definitions

MAROQ: the online B2B platform available at maroq.nl. User: any natural or legal person using the platform. Services: all digital services offered by MAROQ. Agreement: any agreement between users.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to any use of the MAROQ platform. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Role of MAROQ

MAROQ acts solely as a digital platform enabling companies to find and contact each other.

  • MAROQ is not a supplier, buyer, agent or representative.
  • MAROQ is not a party to agreements between users.
  • MAROQ provides no guarantees regarding user products or services.

4. Use of the platform

Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all information they provide.

It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent activities.

5. Liability

MAROQ is not liable for:

  • damages arising from agreements between users;
  • loss of revenue, profit, data or reputation;
  • incorrect or incomplete information from users;
  • trade risks, quality issues, delivery delays or payment disputes;
  • import, export, customs or tax consequences.

Any liability of MAROQ is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. External parties and links

MAROQ may refer to external websites or service providers. MAROQ has no control over these parties and accepts no liability for their actions or content.

7. Sourcing, screening and guidance

Any sourcing, screening or guidance services are advisory in nature. MAROQ provides no guarantees regarding outcomes, reliability or performance of third parties.

8. Intellectual property

All rights relating to the platform, software, texts and the MAROQ brand belong to MAROQ or its licensors. Use is not permitted without written permission.

9. Termination

MAROQ reserves the right to block or remove accounts temporarily or permanently without stating reasons.

10. Governing law and competent court

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Changes

MAROQ reserves the right to change these terms. The most current version is always available on the website.
