Our screening: what we look at

• Quality & process control: we assess product quality, finishing, quality checks, traceability, handling, packaging and consistency between batches.
• Reliability & transparency: how are commitments met, how are changes handled, and how transparent is the company about risks, planning and costs?
• Capacity & delivery reliability: production capacity, utilization, bottlenecks, lead times, scalability and peak loads.
• Communication & professionalism: response speed, understanding of European requirements (specs, tolerances, labeling), and the quality of documentation (quotes, packing lists, product info).
• Working conditions & safety: basic safety, shop-floor organization, treatment of staff, tidiness/housekeeping and responsible management.
• Sustainability & compliance: waste and materials handling, energy use where relevant, and willingness to improve/report (depending on your requirements).

Always an on-site visit

We don’t believe in “remote sourcing” when it comes to serious volumes or long-term cooperation. At MAROQ, we always visit companies before recommending them for your project.

During such a visit, we walk through production and the warehouse, talk with management (and, when appropriate, the shop floor), review sample runs, and check whether promises are realistic. This lets us judge—based on facts—whether a supplier matches your quality level and delivery expectations.
